CSAE Policy

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Zootom is built with one mission:

To provide a safe, secure, and positive digital environment for children and teenagers.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Any content, behavior, or user activity that attempts to harm, exploit, manipulate, groom, or abuse a minor is strictly prohibited and actively prevented through our platform design, technology, and moderation processes.

What We Prohibit

Zootom strictly prohibits:

- Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sexual or suggestive content involving minors
- Grooming, manipulation, or coercion of minors
- Requests for personal, private, or inappropriate images
- Sharing, creating, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Attempts to move minors to unsafe or private communication platforms
- Sexualized language, emojis, or behavior involving children
- Violations result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and reporting to authorities when required by law.

How Zootom Prevents CSAE

Zootom uses multiple layers of protection to keep children safe:

1. Verified Users Only

Every child and teen account goes through:

- Video verification
- Parental presence for children
- AI + human review
- No anonymous accounts. No fake profiles.

2. AI-Powered Content Monitoring

Our platform uses real-time AI scanning to detect:

- Grooming behavior
- Sexual language
- Inappropriate images or messages
- Suspicious communication patterns

Threats are flagged instantly and reviewed by human moderators.

3. Age-Restricted Social Networks

- Kids (6–12) can only connect with kids
- Teens (13–18) can only connect with teens
- No adult-to-child messaging is allowed

This prevents predatory contact by design.

4. Human Safety Moderation

Our trained moderation team reviews:

- Reported messages
- AI-flagged conversations
- Profile and media uploads

High-risk cases are escalated immediately.

5. Reporting & Blocking

Every user can:

- Report messages
- Block users
- Flag suspicious behavior

Parents receive alerts when safety risks are detected.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

Zootom complies with all applicable laws and cooperates with child protection agencies.

We report confirmed CSAE or CSAM cases to:

- Local law enforcement
- National child protection organizations
- Cybercrime authorities when required

Parent & Guardian Controls

Parents can:

- View usage reports
- Monitor friend lists
- Receive alerts for safety concerns
- Review account activity

This ensures full transparency and safety.

Our Zero-Tolerance Policy

Any user who attempts to:

- Exploit a child
- Engage in grooming
- Share or request inappropriate content

will be permanently removed and reported.

There are no warnings for CSAE violations.
