Frequently asked questions
What are the steps for kids to create an account?
Kids between the ages of 6 and 12 can create an account with the help of parents by using their phone number.
How can parents keep track of their children’s activities?
Every time their child engages in an activity, their parents are notified through email. Adding posts, sharing comments, accepting and sending friend invites, reporting posts and profiles, banning people, and obtaining a weekly app use report are among them.
In Zootom, what does the “addictive behaviour warning” mean?
To avoid creating addictive behaviour patterns, we advise our users to restrict screen usage to no more than two hours. When consumption reaches that level, parents are alerted through email, and the menu colour changes to deep red, alerting users about their usage.
What should I do if I’m confronted with bullying?
Bullying is never acceptable, whether it occurs in person or online. Options for reporting posts, comments, conversations, and profiles have been given. If a user’s behaviour is inappropriate, users can unfriend or block them. Our moderators keep a close check on Zootom at all times, but you can contribute to the community’s happiness by reporting abuse and being nice.
How can I block a person?
Go to their profile.
Press the ‘…’ button in the top right corner.
Press ‘Block User’.
What happens if I place a block on someone?

They won’t be able to see your posts.
They won’t be able to @tag you on their posts.
Is it possible for me to delete my posts and comments?
Yes, simply follow these instructions:
Posts can be removed by selecting “Delete” from the “more” menu at the bottom of the page.
You may erase comments by clicking the red “delete” button that appears next to each one you’ve made.
Who has access to my posts?
The posts you shared are always visible to your friends.
When you write a post, you may choose to “Share just with your friends,” which means it won’t appear in common search results.
What is the procedure for adding my friends?
It’s simple to connect with a user.
Type your friend’s username into the search field to find them.
Simply hit the “Add Friend” button, and he will be notified.
If I forget my given phone number, what should I do?
